Since our body is made up of five sheaths yoga has practices for each kosas. Let’s see them:
Annamaya kosa:
· Excercises
· Asanas
· Kriyas
Pranamaya kosa:
Pranayamas : Nadi shuddi pranayama, Bhramari, Ujjayi pranayama etc
Manomaya kosa:
Chanting, bhajans and meditation
Vignanamaya kosa: Giving knowledge about particular ailment, its origin, methods to cure etc
Anandamaya kosa: Karma yoga concept. The art of working in relaxation, work with the attitude of offering, working without worrying about the results of the actions, working with sense of duty, living in the present.
